The Scout, which is the latest product from Fat Shark, represents years of effort to create an exceptional high-performance goggle at an affordable price. The Scout boasts a patented panel goggle optical module that delivers a 50-degree field of view (FOV), a 1136 x 640 resolution, and a 60 fps refresh rate. This results in a comfortable-to-wear headset that provides an impressive display. Additionally, the Scout’s electronic performance has been completely revamped. It features a diversity RX with a 10 dB embedded patch antenna that maximizes reception, a new OSD, an updated DVR, and a simple USB charging system. The Scout also includes several user-friendly features, such as an embedded fan, removable foam that accommodates pilots who wear glasses while flying, and an LED indicator on the antenna that provides channel notification.
