• Use a power supply that follows the USB PD protocol or QC protocol (mobile phone charger, computer charger, and power bank are all designed according to these protocols);

• For power supplies that do not support the above charging protocol, the voltage should not exceed 5V;

• The HD BOX doesn’t support lipo to USB C directly.
